COVID-19 – Information for clients and carers

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, our thoughts go out to all who have been impacted or infected. We hope you are safe, well and are taking all the necessary precautions.

Oxford Private Care is fully open and continuing to deliver our vital care packages to support all our existing clients, as well as regularly taking on new clients.

With the situation and advice constantly being updated from the Government, the World Health Organisation, the NHS and National Care Associations, we review the advice daily.

All our carers are fully supported and have been advised on the steps to take to keep our clients and themselves safe.  We have full and extensive stocks of PPE.

Client families are asked to adhere to the social distancing guidelines, to minimise visits and strictly observe hygiene regimes.

In addition, you and your carers have the benefit of being fully supported by the OPC Care Management Team who are providing constant advice, updates and support to keep you and your carer happy and healthy.
